Park Rules

If you cancel 0-7 days before your arrival date you will forfeit $75.00 and receive a camp credit for the rest of you reservation charges.

If you cancel 8-14 days prior to arrival you will forfeit $50.00 and get a refund for the remainder of your payment.

If you cancel 15+ days prior to arrival you will receive a full refund minus a 10% fee.

No refunds for early departures or adverse weather.

I understand that I must carry liability insurance on my golf cart and submit a copy to the park manager. I am responsible for any injury or damaged caused by my golf cart regardless of who is driving. I agree to pay for any injuries or damage caused by my golf cart. If my golf cart is operated in an unsafe manner, I understand that it must be removed from the park upon request of the management. I understand that my cart must be kept in good repair and must be issued an ARVR sticker by staff before use this year. Loud, disruptive or profane music from golf cars, cars or campsites is not permitted and if not correct after ONE warning, is caused for dismissal from campground and immediate removal of golf cart, vehicle or camper. Carts must have headlights and tail lights. By signing my agreement and payment my lot rent, I agree that I am responsible for the safe operation of my golf cart at all times.

Quiet hours are 11pm until 7am, both in your unit and outside. All loud noise and music shall cease during these hours.

We have a gorgeous saltwater pool with an attached bath house. Please no pets or glass bottles around the pool. If you use umbrellas, please close them when you leave.

No drunken disruptive behavior will be tolerated.

Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children.

All visitors must register in the office and display a visitor pass in their vehicle.

Only the agreement holder and their immediate family may use the unit. NO SUBLETTING.

Children may not be left unattended at any time. Teenagers may not stay in the park unless a parent is present in the same unit.

Please obey the 10 MPH speed limit. Protect our children. Please park on your site and do not block neighbor's lot or park in the street. NO parking on vacant lots. No electric scooters, 4-wheelers or ATVs.

Any site construction/additions with require management approval.

We are pet friendly as long as your pets are friendly. Please keep pets on your site or on a leash. This includes all animals, not just dogs. Please clean up behind your pets.

Atlantic RV Resort is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury occurring within the park.

To allow everyone to enjoy the park, be courteous about your choice of music and volume. Profanity, vulgar lyrics and excessive volume will not be allowed.

Please bag and dispose of your garbage in the dumpster provided on-site. There are three dumpsters near the pavilion for your use.

We have a coin operated laundry room at the back of the bath house.
